HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Use our website to choose your picnic package and add-ons. After that, you will fill out a request form and we will respond in a timely manner to verify we can accommodate your requests. We set up your picnic and have it ready upon arrival. We then return to clean everything up! We do all the work!

HOW LONG DOES THE PICNIC LAST?

The picnic experience lasts 2 hours after that we charge $65 per each additional hour. We will arrive 30 minutes prior your reservation to setup, which is not included in your two hour experience.

CAN WE LEAVE WHENEVER WE WANT?

Yes! If you would like to leave earlier than planned, please provide us with a 30-minute notice. You are responsible for the picnic items until we can return and pack up!

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We don't offer refunds but we can change your reservation time or day at no cost, if given a 72-hour notice. After that, if you decide to reschedule there will be a 50% fee to move your reservation to another date.

In the event of a major force such as natural disaster, pandemic or other major contingency, we do not offer refunds but we can always reschedule your event for up-to a year.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT IS SUPPOSED TO RAIN?

Don’t panic! If the forecast predicts rain one day before the event we can offer a home delivery (additional fee might apply depending on the distance) or a reschedule date to a future date within 6 months. The Poppin’ Picnic Company does not offer a refund.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

The only parks where we deliver picnics are Suttree Landing and Lakeshore. Other locations include home deliveries or you can enter a venue address. If you have a specific location in mind, contact us, and we will try to accommodate if possible.

WHAT ABOUT ALCOHOL?

We do not provide alcohol for any of our picnic experiences. However, we will provide glassware and a wine cooler to accommodate your plans.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY EXPERIENCE?

Absolutely! 1000x yes.
